Cerec technology was first developed in Germany which allows the technician to digitally scan the impression of the prepared tooth and then mill the crown/inlay or veneer from a block of the colour-coded porcelain.

These are then chemically bonded to the tooth for strength and look fabulous as well!

We are highly fortunate to have on board Rakesh, from Dental Lab Revolution. Rakesh is a cerec exponent and engineer and has created a mobile
laboratory with the Cerec equipment on board.
You can now arrive at 9 a.m. for the tooth preparation and have the inlay/crown fitted between 2 and 3 hours later.

 

 

This is an almost unique arrangement.

Previously, we would have put a temporary filling into the tooth and called you back about 2 weeks later for the fitting.This also means only one visit and, usually, only one injection!
